    Description

    Vehicle Details
I bought this over 5 years ago from a dealer in Wisconsin. It was modified by a previous owner to include: 5.7L throttle body fuel injection engine (block V0428PJC, 1988), 4 speed automatic 700R4 (2CHM007A, 1992), European style mirrors, LeCarra steering wheel, tilt steering column (wired for cruise control but I removed the aftermarket cruise control module), body lowered (see photos leaf springs are under the axle and frame modified to clear the axle), fuel tank (about 18 gal) is mounted under the bed in rear, side marker lights are deleted, roll pan, sliding rear window. The ECM is mounted behind the glove box and an OBD1 module is under the dash. In the last 5 years here's what's been done: New houndstooth seat cover, new tonneau cover (LoPro), MAP sensor, coolant temp sensor, EGR valve, idle air control valve, vehicle speed sensor, throttle body injector, distributor, plugs, wires, intake manifold gaskets, brake master cylinder, power steering pump, vacuum brake booster, BFGoodrich 235/70R15 front 255.70R15 rear, Deka 850 CCA battery, fuel pump, fuel filter, exhaust flange gaskets, front flex brake lines, rear brake cylinders (oversize bore), after market windshield washer pump (uses original dash switch), HVAC control module, dashboard circuit board, headlight switch, door lock and ignition cylinders, rear light housings and wiring. I installed a 12V power outlet under the hood. The truck runs and handles beautifully. I don't know if the engine was ever modified. The redwood bed liner is removeable; there is access to the fuel cap with the wood liner installed. The previous tonneau cover was a snap-on so what you see in the photos are the snap covers. The cold air injection pump squeaked so I bypassed it using a shorter fan belt. There are numerous chips in the paint; also some surface rust see photos. The JVC radio works, includes a woofer behind the seat and speakers on the front floor but the cassette deck eats tapes. Clean title in Maryland close to Delaware 5 min from I-95.
