SIDE TECH NOTES:
This snare drum was special ordered
with 10 "BOW TIE" lugs instead
of the usual "Imperial Lugs".
We removed one of the lugs
to verify and everything is correct.
Imperial lugs always leave a distinct
impression in the chrome of the shell.
This shell is void of any of those
imperial lug
impressions.
Also check out the original
"LUDALOY" sticker in p
icture 9.
We found it inside the shell
and have secured it a
plastic bag
for safe keeping.
You can see the circle outline
where the factory attached it.
This drum has been
in storage
for years and the adhesive
gave way. The new owner can
decide whether to leave out
or reattach with glue.
