Description

This super indexing spacer combines the advantages of simole index with those of a worm-geared index. The operating handle to rotary table worm gear reduction ratio s 1:90. The handle is graduated in one minute and readings down to ten seconds can be set on the vernier.
* With 6 masking plates and 8" adjustable chuck completely adjustable to 0.0005" TIR. Designed for milling, drilling, jig boring and many other shop applications.
* 24 position index plate(15 degree increments). 360 degree satin chrome graduation ring w. 5 minute adjustable vernier plate insures accurate readings.
10" face plate and 6 masking plates(2,3,4,6,8 and 12 divisions). Clamping shoes lock spindle without affecting spindle adjustment. 25 seconds indexing accuracy.
