Just like the Raw Steel series, the A&F'ers Bell Series steel snare is completely homegrown and handcrafted. Its shell is cut, rolled, and welded from a single sheet of instrument-grade steel and crowned with A&F's Patented Patina hardware — including single-flanged brass hoops and aged tension screws and clips — to deliver heirloom good looks and boutique one-of-a-kind tones. Hand-formed edges and beds optimize head and snare response to meet the demands of modern performers. Factor in a set of A&F-branded Remo heads, and the A&F'ers Bell Series steel snare from Sweetwater is loaded for bear and ready to take the stage for any style of music — from rock to metal — your session requires.

Like all A&F'ers Bell Series snares, the steel snare's shell is entirely handcrafted — cut, rolled, welded, and sanded — from a single sheet of metal in A&F's Austin workshop.
Real, one-of-a-kind drums
Every A&F drum is handmade in Austin, Texas, by (skilled) artisans in collaboration with professional drummers. They've embraced archaic construction techniques from decades past to make drums that have a unique sound. Since every drum component is handmade, aged, and assembled in-house, there may be small variances between two drums of the same size and finish. While some would classify varying patinas, imperfect circles, or visible weld seams as flaws, A&F Drums disagrees. In fact, the artisans at A&F consider these cosmetic "flaws" to be the hallmark of a one-of-a-kind 100% handmade drum. A&F is so confident in their drums that they offer a lifetime warranty on every single drum that leaves their workshop.
