This drum was created on April 15, 2002, #67 out of 100 made. Built from one piece of Birch found at the bottom of Lake Superior, the perfect conditions for preserving wood for more than 100 years! This drum has tonal qualities that cannot be replicated by newly harvested wood. This is one perfectly balanced, brilliant sounding drum.
The wood grain on this snare is just gorgeous. This drum is signed and dated by Johnny in 2002, it has a high gloss finish and John Aldridge engraving on the hoops. There is another one for sale on Ebay for 99.00! Worth every dollar I am asking.
It has a new batter head and the original snare head. Included with this drum is the original certificate of authenticity, as well as a Craviotto snare bag.
