    I bought this after Dell support told me this was compatible with my laptop.
    I hooked everything up, I had three monitors going and everything seemed fine.
    However, every time I turned on my computer I would get an error message.
    I can't remember exactly what it said, but it had to do with the power.
    So I contacted my computer guy and he said I had the wrong docking station, and that by continuing to use this docking station I could ruin my computer.
    I'm not tech savvy as you can probably tell by now, but I do trust my computer guy so I stopped using it and bought the one he recommended.
    I was saving this one until I purchased a new computer to use it with, however I don't know when that will be and I could use the money.
    Before purchasing this make sure it's compatible with your computer.  Again I'm not tech savvy but if your not sure, Dell has a PDF titled - Dell Commercial Docking Compatibility Guide.
