You are bidding on a used 14“x5 1/2” Fibes Austin Era Maple Snare Drum with a Silver Sparkle Wrap. The Drum is in Overall Very Good to Excellent used condition right now. The drum sounds Great. There is some minor dust in spots, so you may want to clean that. That is up to you. There are no dings or dents on the drum. There is no rust or pitting on the chrome. It has 10 lugs.  It has black “mini lug locks” to keep it in tune. It has black rubber washers under the lugs.  It has brass inserts in the lugs. The throw off works great, with no issues. There was no muffler installed on this drum The only minor issue is, on the bottom hoop bridge, the metal grommets that hold the U part to the hoop, are slightly loose. They wiggle a little bit, but are still secure. It doesn’t affect the sound or the working of the drum, but you should know about it. The top head is an Aquarian White Focus X in Very Good used condition. The bottom head is the Original Fibes Clear head in good used condition. You do not need to change the heads at this time, but you can if you want. That is up to your preference. As with all “Vintage Gear”, most of this stuff will need to be cleaned and serviced to get it up to your personal standards. Please feel free to ask any questions before buying. Thanks.
