Included are 2 different plastic Graduation Toy figures.  These have a solar panel on the front and indicate "Dances Under Bright Sunlight".  The top panels are the same and think they are from the same manufacturing year, but they are not dated.  Each figure has "Class of 2021" lettered on the base.  Included are:
A wise OWL with black cap, large black eyeglasses, side wings and diploma.  The base is white with black lettering.  This measures about 4 1/8 inches high by 3 inches across.
Brown puppy dog with black cap, round eyeglasses, diploma in mouth, and floppy ears.  The solar panel base is white with black ,lettering.  This measures about 4 1/2 inches high by 2 1/2 inches across.
Figures appear in great condition.  Outer packaging may have some scuffs/minor shelf wear
