Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This support is in Fair cosmetic condition with blemishes from prior use.  There are lots of places where the paint is worn off, and some grease and a few chips in the nooks and crannies.  There are several spots where prior operators had some 'oops' moments with cutting tools, but nothing to affect function.
Notes:
This was removed from a decommissioned setup and not tested separately.  The spindle used in the hole was a loose fitting 2' diameter. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
