DESCRIPTION
:
High gloss ceramic "Specialties / Froggy Mountain Breakdown Line" figurine produced by popular California pottery, Hagen-Renaker, Inc.
CONDITION
:
This unusual offering was once part of H-R #3183 "Froggie Mountain Breakdown Dulcimer Player" piece which included this frog playing the instrument, both figurines epoxied onto a base. You're buying JUST the frog, and he has been neatly and professionally epoxied onto a different glossy H-R base that fits his size now that he's flying solo. He has a cleanly broken right arm (just above his elbow) which has been repaired with a water-soluable glue (in case you ever want to soak it apart to have a professional repair done).
The underside of the base is signed (see Photo #3) which I felt was important in case the piece changes hands over time -- just so that there is no confusion regarding whether or not it came directly from Hagen-Renaker this way.
SIZE
:
2 1/8" tall (two and one eighth of an inch)
DESIGNER
:
Helen Perrin Farnlund
PRODUCTION PERIOD
:
1999 to Present (the Froggy was never produced or offered alone by H-R, though)
USA BUYERS
:
Shipping discounts are in place, so your automated invoice will be correct for all orders (orders from single or multiple "twmhc" eBay listings).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
:
We gladly combine/reduce shipping on all orders that contain items from more than one of our eBay listings; please contact us when you've completed your Buy-it-Now purchase commitments in our Store (but
before
you have paid), and we'll send you a personalized eBay Invoice with our B
EST SHIPPING RATE
for your specific order. If you remit payment for purchases from multiple listings without waiting for our invoice, eBay's system will automatically add postage from each listing's purchase(s) and you'll pay significantly more than we require. If you feel that eBay's Shopping Cart is forcing payment, use the "Buy-it-Now" link on each listing page instead (but don't follow any links to remit payment). Your purchase commitments will show up in your "My eBay" as unpaid purchases, and we will then be able to see them and send you a personalized invoice.
