This is a collaboration series using shells and Mapex parts created by Beyond Shimano. The shell is a 7-ply, 8mm all-maple shell. This model is a maple plain heather specification, but the parts are black chrome specifications. It looks dark, but the sound has a very bright look. The shell is crispy because it is molded from hard plywood. The head is Aquarian's texture coated, 42 snare specifications. Since the sound is sufficient, there is sufficient volume and dynamics with about 80% power.
