NOBLE & COOLEY SS Piccolo w/DC Hoops. Condition is "Used".  S/N# 09-704. Considered a 4x14, but actual spec is 3 7/8" x14". It's getting rare to find a Piccolo 1-ply SS in steam-bent Maple with the famous USA Die-Cast Hoops. These original hoops defined all the SS models for years. The solid shell maple drums were the sought-after snares for recording. (Most of the newer models I see are not maple and have flanged hoops.) New N&C factory Cam-Action Wire set under a Ludwig Weather Master X-Thin (lower profile) snare head.  Evans G1 Coated batter head.
Solid brass lugs, throw-off, and butt plate. Some scratches and lacquer-fade on throw-off handle. You want this snare in the studio!
