    Description

    North Drums 14” Wedge Snare Drum.
    This is an ultra rare North Drums kit snare with built in stand legs and top/bottom dampers.  The shell is black and in very condition inside and out showing normal wear.  This early example used Rogers hardware and strainer, with Ludwig floor tom leg mounts.  The hardware also is in very good condition showing normal age and wear.  It could be a proof of concept, but there is no documentation that we have found.  There are a few pictures floating around that show similar drums but no way to confirm hardware because of picture quality.  The snare is definitely 100% functional, complete, and presents in an as-built way.  New 14” heads will be installed before shipping.
