The POD prevents condensation in the space above the material inside a silo.
The
POD Series silo dryer maintains a slight positive pressure inside the silo, expelling moisture and preventing the introduction of humid air. The unit is not intended to dry material, but rather to maintain the original dryness during storage by preventing build up of condensation and moist air intrusion.
The POD Series dual-bed dryer is a continuous-duty desiccant dryer designed to supply an uninterrupted flow of constant, low dew point air. The unit is completely automatic and requires very little maintenance to offer many years of trouble free service.
