At Drum Center of Portsmouth, the most important part of a Snare Drum is the Sound. There seems to be a bunch of boutique snare drums that are aimed at the collector's market and not the player's market. It's great that these markets are served, but what gets us excited is a drum that you are going to make music with and feel inspired by. Let's face it, looks matter too, and the new Pearl Music City Custom Solid Snare Drums are delivering heirloom sound and heirloom looks at a Non-Heirloom price. Sure, these are expensive, but that's what steam bent one piece shells from a major manufacturer backed with a lifetime warranty costs.
This one-of-a-kind Music City Custom Solid Shell Snare Drum features an 8mm single-ply Walnut shell, Pearl's single STL swivel lugs, Stainless Steel tuning rods, and SuperHoop II triple-flanged hoops. A uniquely refined, American-made percussion instrument, each Music City Custom Solid snare is honed by a singular artisan from a steam-treated plank of premium North American lumber. Shaped using an old-world crafting technique derived from ship-building, the shell is hand-milled to a smooth, uniform 8mm thickness and combined with Solid Maple reinforcement rings. CNC drilled, hand-finished and assembled at Pearl's Music City Custom Shop in Nashville, TN., the distinctive tonal nature of this unique percussion instrument makes it a true an investment in the ultimate drumming voice.

Delivery
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched and the tracking number if applicable.
Returns
We accept returns on all new items within 30 days after delivery. We do NOT accept returns on used, clearance/blowout items and special/custom order items.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, you MUST meet all of the following criteria:
You must include ALL original packaging materials, in the condition in which they were received.
You must include the original invoice / sales receipt and any other paperwork originally included in the package or with the item.
The item(s) must be unused and free of any signs of use, wear, stick marks, smudges, and/or fingerprints.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs
If you return an item that was purchased on Ebay, the original cost to ship the item will not be refunded (whether you originally paid for shipping or not), and the balance of the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If we are unable to sell the item in the condition in which it was sold to you, additional restocking/repair fees may apply. Items such as sticks or heads are not returnable if they show any use.
We ask that you please supply tracking information when returning your item. You are responsible for the item until we receive the item.
