Masterworks is a custom-made series that allows you to specify details from color to shell configuration.
This snare is like a mahogany 4ply + maple / bubinga outer 2ply shell.
The parts are gold parts and the hoop is a 10 tension super hoop.
Mainly mahogany, it has a slightly dark and dry sound, but it is a snare with an impression that has a tight and wood-like warmth.
There is a feeling of use over time such as some scratches and dullness of gold parts, but no noticeable scratches or other damage is seen, and it is in a condition that is not particularly problematic in use.
