Russ Berrie, Doug Harris,  from the Toadily Yours series. This is Christmas frog, a resin figurine waving a "Merry Christmas" arched sign from a green gift box. This is a Bobble figure. The frog is wearing a red stocking cap. There are stars on springs on the back of the package.  Great attention to detail with the crooked smile and wishful eyes.  The spring mechanism making the "bobble" is sturdy heavy metal.
This is THE gift!!  Item #22037. There are assorted frogs in various activities in this series. This figure is 4 inches tall.  The piece is New in the original box. The figure is in super good condition.
