Russ Berrie, Doug Harris,  from the Toadily Yours series. This frog, a resin figurine, is at the beach building sand castles.  He has a pair of sun glasses perched on top of his head. His bathing trunks are purple striped. Great attention to detail with the crooked smile and wishful eyes.  There are various shovels, shells, and a bucket. "Fun in the Sun" is marked on the sand. The castle is his masterpiece.
This is THE gift!!  Item #25406. This figure is 2.25 inches tall and 5 inches across the base.  The piece is New in the original box.
