1/. Orders managed from our local warehouse will take 3-5 days for delivery within the USA & UK.
2/. Orders managed from our Indian warehouse will take 7-10 days for delivery worldwide including USA & UK.
It is important to note that after the pandemic, although the logistic services have been improved a lot. However, they are still to reach their original positions. Therefore there could be delays by a few days in above stated tentative delivery timelines. For a seller, returns are the most undesirable part of an eCommerce business. However, we take complete onus and responsibility of supplying you with a completely brand-new product without any manufacturing or transit damage. Though we packed our goods with utmost care and strong packaging material, since our products are heavy, there could be transit damage in a few cases.
However, it has been seen that such issues are not always a problem and our customers could still use them. We do not expect our customers to do any quality compromise but we still request them to please contact us first before leaving poor feedback or opening a return request. In the majority of the cases, we have experienced that we manage to resolve the issue amicably without any trouble. So a discussion is the best way of a desired resolution.
In case of any manufacturing defect, kindly return the product unused in its original packing and we will provide an instant replacement or issue you a full refund back to the same payment mode which was used by the buyer. In case the customer makes a mistake in buying incorrect or incompatible size tools than his requirement, we can still accept the return but the cost of the return shipping has to be borne by the buyer. Also while processing his refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping the item from our warehouse to his address initially.
For any return related to our manufacturing defect or issues like wrong item delivery, we owe the responsibility and will either provide a return label or pay for the return postage. Thanks
Before signing the receipt slip upon delivery kindly check the product in front of the delivery person for any damages if caused during transit. Do not sign the receipt slip and kindly return the parcel in case you find the product in damaged condition due to mishandling, we will take care of all claims with the delivery company.
