This unit is designed to rapidly change from one job to the next using subplates and ballock components manufactured by Jergens and Carr-lane.  The working surface is 9 x 23 with 4 reciever bushings mounted in the deck.  Included is the outboard support with a precision bored bronze sleeve bearing with grease grooves, (2) subplates from mic 6 alum. tooling plate and the trunnion table guaranteed flat within .001.  The 23 inch trunnion gives excellent versatility.  Standard vices, double-station vices or any fixture you can mount to a subplate can be ran.
We call this HANDS OFF MACHINING.  Stop touching the part and let your machine handle multiple sides in one cycle start.
Haas, Nikken, Troyke, Tsudakoma and any other rotary on the market will accept this fixture, we make all of our outboard supports to the published centerheight of the rotary table.

Outboard support is customized to the centerline for your indexer, the Stallion 9/20 is designed to hold a 6 inch vice and features a through hole for the vice handle
