Please refer to the photos of the patches for condition. Also, don't hesitate to ask a question if needed. If you are a buyer from Canada, you would be responsible for any and all postage charges. The flat fee for US Domestic would not apply to your purchase. Some of these patches are extremely old. I included the option of priority mail flat rate if you desire tracking. Otherwise it will ship in a padded envelope. I photograph all mail drop off's to ensure customers know I ship the packages. IF there is a discrepancy which I have not had, I can provide a photo of the mailing to the Postmaster.
