Vintage Rogers Luxor Model No. 14462 Snare Drum 5 x 16, Ludwig Strainer

Description

This is a great sounding Rogers Luxor snare drum in good used condition. 5" x 14" with original lugs. The snare throw out is original, but strainer mount is marked Ludwig.  This drum has a rich, robust sound. There is some light pitting of the chrome, but a little steel wool can polish it right up, if it matters. The drum mute has been removed somewhere along the line as evidenced by the three holes in the last photo. Shipping in the contiguous United States ONLY will be .00.

I purchased this drum as found and I am assuming the strainer is Ludwig, but I don't know for sure. Possibly other parts are not original. I am not a collector, I bought it to play, so I can't say for sure. Look at the photos and decide for yourself what is or isn't original to this drum.
