This is an original New Old Stock (NOS) 2 sided fan sign.
When you walked into your local store, they had ceiling fans and hung advertising signs on them.
This is from a group of paper items that were stored for decades as new old stock and never circulated.
Many of these pieces are very tough to find in this condition, just really neat stuff, great for framing and put in the bar /  Man Cave.

This is for 1 two-sided Cardboard Fan sign
Brand: Blue-Tip

Key notes: This is a thick heavy stock of paper/cardboard that was never used, but , great litho paint is uneven, as it looks like the signs stuck together over time, nice graphics.
Approx Date: Late 1930s- early 1950s
Size: About 6+" wide 4 1/2" high

Additional condition: Item stored flat and clean, near new condition. Paint looks like it has stuck and signs were separated at one time or another. Flash from camera washes it out a bit, but actual item is bright and clear,some blems are present.
Condition: This one is excellent/ Near Mint,  minor marks at best, looks like it Would grade a 8.0-5.5+ out of 10, super nice.
Please note, these are graded within +- .5 to1, we try to be conservative..
This is a nice item, not perfect, close, but follow above and don't over anticipate...
