This Vintage
figurine
is one in a series of collectable figurines.  This one is called Tillie Heading South.
Tillie is dressed as warm as she can and is trying to hitch a ride with someone who can take her South to a warmer climate.  She has all her belongings with her and is holding a sign that says "South".
Please note:  The cover of the brochure shows her in a very vibrant outfit...that is not the case.  The photos I have taken are her true colors.  Her coat and dress are tan. I bought her at a estate sale and she looked faded then.. so I'm not sure if she was made that way or if she faded over years.  She was in a glass display case when I bought her.  She does not have the vibrant colors that are shown on the cover of the brochure.  The photos I have taken represent her as she is today.
